In the initial session, we will assess your needs, your goals, and create a plan that works for you at your pace. We provide goal-oriented sessions teaching you skills to cope with the emotions, get through daily responsibility while grieving, gain support, and re-define life after loss. We have EMDR trained therapists and offer research-based grief and experiential methods.
